Job Briefs :- We are looking for a Telemarketer to generate sales by cold calling to customers. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Making Cold Call to people using a given phone directory to sell products or services.
• Influence customers to install apps and do sign up.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Creating and maintaining a database of potential Customers.
• Use scripts to provide information about the product's features.
• Keep Records of calls and useful information.

Desired Profile :-

• Good Communication skills (Should have knowledge of Tamil, Telugu and Kannada languages)
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Self motivated and having strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
