Customer Lifecycle Management

To be a successful in the role, we are looking for the talent to own the following task

1. Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales and Account Management teams to analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-sell.
2. Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
3. Manage marketing automation including email triggers and batch campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle via Marketo and other systems
4. Partner with Content, PR, and Creative teams to drive the development of email communications, press articles, and marketing assets to nurture client relationships
5. Drive continued innovation in evolving marketing programs most effective at engaging the EMEA audience at scale
6. Forecast results from various tactics and advocate for resource prioritization
7. Articulate program strategy and communicate results to key stakeholders
8. Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan customer offers and incentive programs to deliver ROI-positive results

Requirement

1. Min 4 years of experience working within high growth/tech in a growth capacity
2. Solid experience customer lifecycle management
3. Experience in email & sms marketing
4. Experience in marketing automation and notification
