Ezsy is a fast growing and innovative startup in the FinTech industry that provides a 24/7 digital currency exchange, simplified digital payments and a secured wallet with the aim to empower users to own their first Bitcoin in an ezsy and safe manner.

Founded and headquartered in Singapore, ezsy has licenses and presence in countries such as Taiwan, Philippines and Thailand.

We are looking for individuals who are driven to make the latest technologies ezsy for consumers and businesses.

Job Scope:
Work closely with ASEAN commercial leads and the business development teams globally to develop and drive the engagement strategy for ASEAN.
Create relevant and data-driven campaigns to achieve user acquisition within the target audience.
Conceptualise marketing campaigns specifically targeting identified communities such as but not limited to start-ups, or not-for-profit organisations in the ASEAN region.
Run marketing campaigns, targeted insightful events, sponsorship programs, and other end-to-end growth initiatives.
Work with a team of field, digital and content marketers, to create compelling and relevant marketing campaigns and activities to engage with interest groups with high user conversion potential.
Investigate and test new channels to communicate and engage with potential customers within the target audience.
Drive a culture of experimentation and agility to unlock incremental growth levers for the ASEAN markets, to capitalize on bigger market opportunities, and sustain growth.
Manage budget reconciliation process for community engagement campaigns and activities.
Compile detailed reporting of all live marketing campaigns that illustrate efficiency and effectiveness of marketing channels.

Work closely with internal teams and/or vendors to implement, track and optimise marketing campaigns to ensure high ROI.
Work with Sales & Marketing operations team to implement flawless processes and marketing automation tools to track and assess quality of acquired customers.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communications with minimum 5 years experience in a Marketing related role in a (B2B) environment (Saas or IT industry preferred) and 3 years experience in audience or engagement marketing.
Highly analytical and data-driven decision making to identify correct strategies for community engagement for business.
Intellectual curiosity and motivation to understand what drives customer behavior through quantitative and qualitative data.
Clear understanding of the nuances of ASEAN region and each market's potential and possible challenges.
Proven track-record of managing and delivering strategic digital and offline tactics to target ideal customer profiles and drive conversions within relevant segments.
Experience with defining and launching successful acquisition/demand campaigns, marketing optimization programs.
Demonstrated experience using data and KPI metrics to monitor and measure performance, measure effectiveness and plan ongoing improvements.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly learn all tools and processes.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to relevant stakeholders.
Ability to communicate and write in Chinese is an added advantage.
Able to be strategic, but also drive tactics and execution; hands on and get the job done as an individual contributor.
Passion for marketing metrics and process improvement.
Flexible and agile with ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic environment.
