We are looking for experienced cannabis professionals who are interested in a fast-paced startup environment. Our parent company operates multiple licenses throughout CA and in other US states so the right candidate will have significant opportunities for career growth. This position is for our facility in Oakland, CA.
Ideal candidates will have cannabis industry experience and expertise in retail and call center management. Strong communication and computer skills will also be vital for this role.
Customer Service Representatives assist medical cannabis patients and adult use customers by taking phone orders, confirming online orders, answering questions about products, and forwarding calls and messages as appropriate. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel and Google Drive / Google Apps), multi-line phone systems and basic computer skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls to the practice in a FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, and EMPATHETIC manner.
- Route B2B calls to sales reps, billing, HR, etc as appropriate.
- Answer basic questions regarding cannabis products, and deals in customers area
- Take and forward messages as appropriate.
- Listen to incoming voicemails and ensure missed calls are followed up in a timely manner
- Assist drivers with customer communication and monitoring driver routes for efficiency
- Carefully document customer complaints and route them to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
- Engaging with potential customers on our Live Chat and social media sites
Experience:
Cannabis Industry (1 Year Minimum Required)
Retail or Call Center Experience (Preferred)
Job Type: Part-time or Full Time
Starting Salary: $17.00 /hour + Bonuses / Commissions
