consumers and businesses.

Job Scope:
Administration, daily operating and monitoring for OS, DB and hardware maintenance of all servers.
Daily administration of AD, DNS, DHCP system and email system, include user and group management.
Period backup of relevant systems and data, period validation of backup media and period review of OS security baseline and check the configuration of the servers.
Assist network engineer for periodic vulnerability assessment & penetration testing, patch the OS regularly.
Assist in IT planning, IT coordinating with vendors and clients for hardware/software purchases, product services, and support.
Ensuring proper and smooth operation of MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
Installing, replacing and configuring MT4/MT5 trading platforms and cloud server.
Configuring, maintaining and supporting PrimeXM Xcore and OZ hub.
Performing routine audits of systems and trading platforms, and resolving any problems identified.
Liaising with external associates for problem solving.
Performing ongoing performance tuning, cloud server upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
Administering the Company's ticketing system and responding to staff requests in a timely manner.
Design, implement and maintain scalable and high performing trading platforms.
Discussing technical solutions with the Business and Project team, and providing innovative new ideas to solutions.
Work with internal and external stakeholders across other partner apps to troubleshoot issues across the backend systems.
Constantly seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies and keeping abreast of your market's developments.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in the Financial/Banking industry.
Experience in administration of Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Microsoft Office, Exchange / Outlook and managing including Active Directory, server hardware and software related technology (e.g. RAID systems, backups, SAN, etc.).
VMware ESX, Hyper-V and administration of SQL Server.
Certified MCSA is preferred.
Solid understanding of Network, IP and Ports connection.
Preferred to have working experience with SQL data stores like MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis & cloud service and deployment models like AWS or similar relevant knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
