Ezsy is a fast growing and innovative startup in the FinTech industry that provides a 24/7 digital currency exchange, simplified digital payments and a secured wallet with the aim to empower users to own their first Bitcoin in an ezsy and safe manner.
Founded and headquartered in Singapore, ezsy has licenses and presence in countries such as Taiwan, Philippines and Thailand.
We are looking for individuals who are driven to make the latest technologies ezsy for consumers and businesses.
Job Scope:
Involve in full spectrum of HR and admin functions including recruitment, performance appraisal, employee benefits & claims, leave management, training, payroll and office administration.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Communicate and explain HR policies to the employees.
Process claims and any other statutory reimbursements.
Handle various statutory government surveys.
Handle all employee enquiries & grievances.
Process and ensure accuracy in monthly payroll, CPF submission, OT & Time
Management System
Prepare monthly reports and letters.
Perform other HR/Admin related ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 2 years of working experience.
Hands on experience in the Justlogin payroll system will be of advantage.
Strong knowledge of MOM legislation.
Independent team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
