Finance Controller

Ezsy is a fast growing and innovative startup in the FinTech industry that provides a 24/7 digital currency exchange, simplified digital payments and a secured wallet with the aim to empower users to own their first Bitcoin in an ezsy and safe manner.

Founded and headquartered in Singapore, ezsy has licenses and presence in countries such as Taiwan, Philippines and Thailand.

We are looking for individuals who are driven to make the latest technologies ezsy for consumers and businesses.

Job Scope:
Oversees group’s and regional financial records and financial performance reporting.
Ensure environment of tight financial control and delivery of the group’s financial strategy and alignment with the overall vision and strategy.
Prepare and liaise with internal and external auditors.
Able to play this role as the high-level decision.
Timely and complete monthly and quarterly reporting for the business.
Ensure accurate balance sheet reporting through detailed periodic reviews of all legal entities directly or supervisory under the business scope.
Maintain an internal control environment aimed towards strict compliance with IFRS, statutory accounting rules and company’s group policies and procedures.
Manage the periodic audit process for all entities directly or supervisory under the business scope.
Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability for the business that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the business Product Lines.
Analyse the financial performance and outlook with the Regional CFO suggest trends, resulting implications and support the formulation of actions.
Plan and manage all budget, target setting and forecasting exercises.
Support the various regional budget submissions and ensure they are aligned to the guidelines issued.

Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or related field.
CA / CPA with at least 10 years of proven professional and leadership experience in a senior finance function supervising a team of staff.
Prior experience driving change and transformation initiatives and projects.
Analytical with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across different levels.
Fast learner, passionate for the FinTech industry with the ability to handle ambiguity.
The ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment.
