The Role

WHAT IS THE ROLE
WeMixx is seeking an ambitious, energetic and hungry Marketing Sales Representative to help grow our recent expansion in India.
This role will require you to work autonomously (and remotely much of the time), with oversight and guidance from the Founder & CEO. The position is based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, but may require you to travel 10% for further account development.
Responsibilities include effectively COMMUNICATING OUR UNIQUE VISION and GLOBAL PRESENCE to new clients as well as managing and developing brand awareness and sales at existing accounts. Candidate should have a detailed work ethic, hustle and passion for food!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Marketing Sales Representative will be responsible for the execution of existing strategic retail initiatives in Ahmedabad region.
o You will be responsible for opening new accounts in accordance with the strategy set out by CEO.
o You will regularly visit and meet existing accounts to build and grow stronger relationships, placement, promotions, marketing support and re-orders
o Be the passionate face of the brand in market, educating buyers, owners, partners and customers about our product/brand/vision.
o Participate in store sampling initiatives, exhibitions, build displays and ensure POS materials are on point
o Develop and maintain an organized list of our key accounts in and clearly report on performance
o Be a true WeMixx brand ambassador and conduct business accordingly

WHAT YOU NEED
o Positive, make it happen attitude
o Willingness to learn and grow
o 2+ years’ experience in CPG retail sales in the Ahmedabad area preferred (food & beverage is ideal)
o Energetic selling skills and a passion for meeting new people
o Ability to function well independently, and as a contributing member of a team
o Must be motivated and competitive to beat sales targets
o This role is physical, need to be able to move/carry product.
o Must be up to speed on email, spreadsheets, tech savvy and have your own computer and phone
o Exceptional customer service skills across written & verbal communication
o Fluency in English (Gujarati language is a plus)
o Ability to juggle multiple things simultaneously and prioritize effectively
o Clear and concise communication
o Remain calm under pressure, stay organized and detail oriented
o Happy to travel when required and ability to work flexible hours when needed
o Desire to be part of building a brand
