Description
In order to strengthen their digital division, they are looking for a Junior Developer PHP Symfony to join the new team in Porto, that can help them continue building the product out. They have already rented out offices in the city centre (Regus - Porto, Batalha building). Fairwalter is keen to welcome candidates motivated to develop themselves and are looking forward to nurture their growth.

Responsibilities
- Full-stack development on a PHP, Symfony, Twig, JS, Doctrine, MySQL stack
- DevOps software development and operations lifecycle with a CI/CD pipeline
- Pair and mob programming, learning techniques from and with your colleagues
- Ensuring quality, stability and performance, getting to know the tools in depth
- Learning the use of APIs, getting familiar with containerisation using Docker
- Growing a healthy and fun culture in the team, bringing questions and ideas
- Main requirements
- Open-minded, curious web developer, motivated to learn new techniques.
- At least one year experience in PHP development, ideally of Symfony too.
- Familiarity with the PHP stack and with its automated testing frameworks.
- Continuous learner, a good listener with own ideas and strong people skills.
- Exposure to version control, continuous integration and cloud deployment.
- Fluency in English, good, expressive command of the language in speech.
