Our company is a leading bot maker in Hong Kong. We are one of the 29 global providers who have early access to the Instagram Platform APIs, and we are building a new product for e-Commerce brands to engage with the customers more effectively on Instagram.

About the job

We are looking for a Growth Hacker to help grow the next generation of messaging platforms. You will work closely with teams across the company to lead business growth of our product users and promoting the messaging products that we develop.

Responsibilities

• Manage our online acquisition channels including SEM, Facebook, Instagram, Display Networks
• Manage our content marketing strategies that promote the subscription and usage of our product
• Perform ad performance analysis and business growth
• Drive marketing campaigns for lead generation and user growth
• Take full responsibility for marketing investment and expected return
• Perform A/B testing for various channels and analyze campaign results Generate new growth ideas for better performance and impact
• Provide marketing advice for our users and key accounts to grow their business
• Conduct user research to further enhance marketing features for our product

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of digital performance marketing experience
• Good Knowledge in e-commerce industry is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills and proficient in Excel
• Strong willingness to learn, fast learner and self driven
• Able to stay highly focused and pay attention to details
• Highly adaptive in fast moving and changing environment
• Fully responsible for results with strong ROI driven mindset
• Experience in growth hacking is a plus
• Great team player with good communication skills
• Good command of Chinese and English is a must
