Role: Manager, Special Projects

Responsibilities:

• Innovate, implement and execute strategies to accelerate business expansion
• Collaborate well in a team and across cross-functional teams within CARRO to scope product requirements, bridging gaps and aligning all teams involved
• Play a crucial role in managing timelines and mitigating risks in the line of business, while building a remarkable reputation for our brand
• Establish key business strategy processes and frameworks to meet stipulated KPI
• Develop and motivate high-performing teams through coaching, challenging opportunities and recognizing the impact made by team members
• Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends and devise innovative technological solutions to incorporate into new or existing products and services
• Report directly to and work closely with the Head of Business, Singapore

Requirements:

• Interested applicants must send over a mandatory cover letter with a resume
• Multi-faceted, highly adaptable and goal oriented with a tenacious drive to succeed
• Able to convince relevant stakeholders
• Able to work independently and take charge of objectives to deliver results
• Excellent attention to detail and responsibility towards ownership of deliverables
• Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, comfortable delivering exceptional work within tight deadlines
• Highly resourceful, business savvy and consumer focused with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Some experience would be ideal, but a clear and effective communication of ideas and translation of concepts is a non-negotiable requirement
