WELREX® is a London-based digital wealth management (WM) platform that takes the journey for independent relationship managers (IRM)[1] and their High Net Worth (HNW) clients with links to key Emerging Markets (EM) to the next level. WELREX provides a superior way to preserve and grow wealth that saves time, money and effort. It promotes transparency and strengthens trust between IRMs and their HNW clients, transcending the existing global wealth management standards.
WELREX® defines independent relationship managers as individuals handling a portfolio of HNW clients at private banks and other wealth management companies such as multifamily offices or independent practices who are ready to conduct their independent business on a suitable platform.
WELREX® has been set up by people who successfully transitioned from ‘overworked and underpaid’ employees to happy, self-sufficient, humorous, balanced and wealthy business owners.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-employed partner with own book of HNW clients. We offer explicit non-compete in relation to partner’s clients, high commission-only remuneration, equity participation, and everything an advisor needs to transition from a corporate politicised environment to an immensely rewarding, enjoyable, difficult and risky world of entrepreneurship. WELREX® is looking for a candidate with:
British/EU citizenship or no need for working visa sponsorshipSound and transferable book of wealth management business, HNW clients and contacts
Professional qualifications required by the FCA to advise professional and/or retail clients (CF30)
Ability to handle wealth management holistically, i.e. cover 360 degrees of client needs
7+ years’ experience in Emerging markets wealth management industry
Desire and skills to handle client business digitally
Masterful relationship management acumen
Self-discipline
University degree
Independent decision making
‘Can do’ personality
Constant and never - ending improvement mentality
Team spirit, as well as an entrepreneurial self-sufficiency to deliver results
Sense of humour is non-negotiable!
Role description:
- Liaising with founders and other employees to develop and expand the business and client base. Overseas travel may be required.
- Promoting and fully utilising the full range of products and services with clients, advising the clients on the usage and benefits of the solutions
- Communicating on a regular basis with established clients to ensure that the highest level of service is being delivered at all times
- Increasing knowledge of the independent wealth and asset management sector as well as the WealthTech solutions
- Responding to enquiries and providing guardianship and consultancy services to a discrete number of clients personally
Ideally you will be based in the UK, but we will also look at the candidates based outside of the UK for the distance working opportunity.
