Customer Success Manager

What you will be doing:

Scheduling and leading new enterprise customer implementations
Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with your customers
Working with your accounts to grow their usage and product adoption
Engage closely with key customer contacts
Advocate for your customers internally as you work cross-functionally with Sales, Development, and QA teams
Provide customized communication and training content for each customer during and after implementations
Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to successfully seize these opportunities
Monitor and achieve group KPIs and metrics
What you should bring to the table:

Mastery in providing unquestionably amazing service to your accounts
Intrinsic drive for success
Top-shelf problem solving skills
Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, organizational and written communication skills
2-3 years experience in customer success, account management, consulting, solutions engineering or related field
Exceptional communications skills
Experience in hospitality industry a plus
Must be located in Dallas within commuting distance to our office
