We are building the future of digitally-enabled mental health & lifestyle wellness.

On one side, our product helps employees proactively monitor and improve their mental wellness - including stress, anxiety, burnout, sleep, lifestyle habits, and a host of other focus areas. On the other side, it helps employers drive awareness and change, across their business. We are experienced in scaling start-ups from 0 to pre-series B and rolling out international operations. We are affiliated with Antler VC - the largest venture builder globally. We believe our market opportunity is huge, and so is our ambition!

We are looking for a super 🌟 Co-founder & CCO to take ownership of piloting, rolling out, and scaling our platform across leading businesses, regionally and beyond, and helping to iterate its development based on feedback.

• Have got substantial experience in corporate client development and management, or similar roles
• Understand how corporate leadership and HR think and how to sell to them
• Have got experience or a strong passion in the field of mental health, wellness, or digital health
• Understand what it means to work at an early-stage startup and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
• Have a growth mindset and are able to evolve in your role, from being part of a tiny core founding team to running client-side business operations independently, as we scale
