The Role
Reports To: The Accountant Clerk will report to Bianca Pisciola, COO at 6ix.
As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the accounting for the sales office, including book keeping, pursuing accounts receivable, and invoice creation.
Responsibilities
- Your main responsibility will be ensure client payments are collected
- Invoices entry
- Manage accounts receivable
- Preparing weekly status report for the leadership of all accounts receivable
- Tracking client payments & following up on past due invoices
- Keeping track of commission payments
Requirements
- Ontario CPA is a must
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Work well independently, and meet all deadlines
- Experience with Xero and Float preferred
