What is the role of the Sr. DevSecOps Engineer?
As a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer, you have to adopt new and emerging technologies to solve for the clients and passion for digging into technically complex problems to troubleshoot and figure out a solution and being pragmatic about making technical decisions that align with actual business needs, product value, reliability, and performance.

What does your day look like as a Sr. DevSecOps Engineer at ZoomRx?

• Support highly-available cloud-based web applications
• Support application deployments. Building new systems and upgrading and patching existing ones.
• Using monitoring tools (any) to find problems, resolve and/or escalate to development
• Build and manage development and testing environments
• Participate in the building of tools and processes to support the infrastructure
• Scripting (Slash/ BASH, Ruby, Python etc.) to build required automation and tools
• Learn on the job and explore new technologies with little supervision.

What do we look for in you?

• 4 to 6 years of experience with systems and IT operations
• Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process for enterprise SaaS and on-prem applications
• Expertise in Linux System Admin and Bash Scripting
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Fabric, Puppet or SaltStack
• Hands-on experience in build and administer VMs and Containers using tools such as Docker and Vagrant.
• Be able to design solutions from scratch and be in a position to lead the implementation

Good to have

• Experience in designing and maintaining cloud-based solutions with AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, etc.
• Handled container technologies at the production level
• Worked on continuous security initiatives and familiar with tools like Inspec
