The Role

Insent is looking for a site reliability engineer for our super fast-growing team. As a site reliability engineer, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and monitoring the large-scale microservice infrastructure.

Engineers work cycle at Insent

As a member of the Insent Engineering team, your core responsibilities include setting, maintaining, and monitoring the scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.

Along with this, you will be responsible for deploying product updates, maintaining continuous integration, delivery pipelines, and configuring backups and disaster recovery.

Experience / Skill required

  • 2+ years experience in DevOps.
  • Strong background in AWS and microservices
  • Experience in High availability and disaster recovery planning and implementations
  • Experience in Terraform is good to have
  • Experience going through compliance audits like SOC2, ISO 2700x is a big bonus

Hiring Process

We will do a quick screen of your resume. If we find you to be a good fit, we will invite you to a short call with the Engineering team.

After the call, if we find alignment, we will move you to the next phase. You will be given a problem statement to solve. We never hire anyone without seeing the result. So this is a mandatory step.

The assignment phase will be a collaborative activity where we hope to connect with you frequently during the process. This phase could take 2-5 days, depending on how much time you can devote to the exercise.

If you do well in the assignment, we will make an offer almost immediately within a day.
