The Role

PrimeGov is looking for a passionate and dynamic Implementation Analyst to join our Professional Services team. In this role you will partner with a Project Manager to ensure a successful deployment of PrimeGov products and services. Key focuses of this role will be to build, train and consult with clients during implementation projects for our Agenda Management, Workflow, Boards and Commissions, and Video Streaming solutions. A successful candidate will rely on their consultative approach, interest in building solutions, attention to detail, and customer engagement skills to ensure projects are delivered in the utmost quality and satisfaction.

This role is located at our Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. While we are 100% remote at the moment for the safety of our employees, we plan to flexibly go back to the office in Summer of 2021.

Your impact:
Own the building and configuration of implementation projects while partnering with a project manager.

Engage in customer relationships through proactive external and internal communication to ensure that projects deliverables are completed in a timely and satisfactory fashion.
Lead business discovery sessions to align with customer requirements.
Configure PrimeGov software solutions to align with customer business needs.
Support training plans to the solution delivered and execute on training delivery with project manager.
Provide timely responses and resolutions to inquiries and requests.
Monitor and ensure a successful go-live of a client solution.
Prepare transition to customer success team upon completion of the project.
Work in solving complex problems and providing professional coaching to our clients in the effective use of our product suite.
Provide ongoing updates for internal teams and product development to find the optimal solutions when necessary for clients to have a successful experience with PrimeGov.
Engage with cross-functional teams with varying levels of seniority and experience to support various programs and client needs.
Accelerate company and team growth by improving processes and contributing new ideas.
Update recurring project health and status reports to ensure projects are running according to plan.

What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related technology field.
1 to 2 years of client-facing experience for a SaaS organization.
Experience in phone support, remote screen share, and client-facing presentations.

Exceptional organizational and task management skills.
Strong customer service focus, work ethic, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects with varied products, processes, and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve the best possible solutions.
Ability to receive and understand direction, ask questions when appropriate, and manage time to work effectively and independently.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Ability to provide proper decision making for utilizing internal business capabilities to solve the client’s needs
Collaborative team player who is adept at developing internal and external relationships.
Experience with configuring cloud-based software for client implementations is preferred
Initiative to actively seek opportunities to broaden knowledge and improve skills

How success is measured:
Post-implementation satisfactory survey scoring
On-time delivery of assigned responsibilities
Positive impact on successful, on-time delivery of implementation projects
