Technical Skills Required: -

1. Experience in PHP (MVC), MySQL, JavaScript (jQuery), linux
2. Experience in Object Oriented Design, and MVC implementation
3. Experience in REST API
4. Experience in SQL syntax (JOIN, UNION, aggregation, and conditional functions).
5. Experience in DB design (data normalization, foreign key constraints, indexes).
6. Can work with both frontend and backend development.
7. Experience of PHP -Laravel framework is must
8. Knowledge of Eloquent ORM Implementation
9. Knowledge of version control tools like GIT, Bitbucket etc
10. Knowledge of php unit testing
11. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5 and CSS3, Bootstrap, Material Design
12. Solid coding skills with the ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercise & improve coding standards across large codebases
13. Experience in an Agile environment
14. Excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate with internal teams.

Non-Technical Skills: -

1. Good oral and written communication skills
2. Team player and ability to work with different multicultural teams.
3. Proactive attitude on identifying problems and providing solutions.
4. Creative and innovative thinking is appreciated.
