Application Manager

Job Description
Our team is seeking an Application Manager to evaluate startups applying to the Transparent Collective program. We need a proactive candidate who can keep up with the fast pace of our workshops’ growth. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing applications and conducting follow-up conversations with startup founders. If you're sharp, professional, and interested in early-stage tech companies, we would like to speak with you about this opportunity.

Responsibilities will include:

• Review and analyze all incoming applications to the Transparent Collective program
• Search for other potential founders that would be a good fit for TC and contact those candidates personally
• Curate and organize the applications with notes and deeper due diligence on each startup
• Serve as an advocate for top-tier startups to the TC partners during our evaluation process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills to review and advocate for startup’s applying to the program
• Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented in order to conduct proper due diligence on applying startups
• Demonstrable experience or interest in early-stage startups
