Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dedicated team of professionals all driven by the same goal: reshaping the way we think of transporting goods, using a modern and flexible tech stack (RactNative/GraphQL/NodeJS/Typescript). In this position you’ll have the opportunity to become the next technical leader of a fast-growing freight-tech company.

Experience
Technical
* Core software development experience
* ~5 years experience (Ideal for senior/tech lead)
* Knowledge of design patterns, Object-Oriented best practices, database fundamentals
* Prior experience with at least 50% of the stack would be nice
* Some Devops experience to handle misc issues that come up

Product/Project Management
* Scoping out requirements into actionable items
* Task prioritization taking into account technical debt, new features, and customer support
* Mentorship/Advocacy on development best practices (ensure good architecture)
* Mentorship on growing developers (help them get better)
