The Role

ABOUT ROLE

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our business towards success. You will need to come up with new and unique business development strategies, set goals and promote the company’s image. Your contribution will help maintain a strong relationship with a growing client base which will bring in more profits and fuel our growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Identify new sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up.
-Demo and sell products to existing and prospective customers
-Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Reach out to customer leads through phone, email as required.
-Solve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
-Achieve sales targets and outcomes.
-Collaborate with team members and other departments
-Generate reports on new sales, target achievements, issues to the management.
-Get feedback and improve continuously.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE ROLE

-Attend sales meetings and give product presentations and demo to close the sale.
-Understand how to identify new sales opportunities.
-Understand how to identify new sales opportunities and follow through.
-Work closely with customers and maintain good relations.
-Work in a fast paced goal oriented environment.
-Learn on the job regarding how to conduct demos and sales in general.
With time this job has a scope for growth.

REQUIREMENTS

-Proven work experience as a Sales/Business Development representative.
-Fluency in MS Office.
-Familiarity with CRM practices.
-Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
-Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
