Media Fund seeking digital media buying cofounder

This is a new fund. Incoming cofounder will be offered equity in the fund. Fundraising is not needed. The salary component is expected to kick in by 3rd month subject to milestones achievement wrt aggregating media inventory and partnerships.

We are seeking sector expert cofounder with digital media buying track record with known digital media ads agencies or top-10 global media agencies. Please apply only with you if you have an ability and a defined roadmap to aggregate sizeable digital media inventory at most competitive media buying rates. Skills & Experience Requirements:
1- Must have negotiated MEDIA BUYING bulk deals with large publishers from digital, TV, Print, OOH verticals for many years. The achievements and numbers must also be - detailed- in his CV.
2- Must have speed-dial relations directly with media agency CXOs to explore partnerships and synergies.
3- Shall have tons of experience including SBU head, P&L owner, team lead & final deal maker.
4- Must be comfortable working in small teams and entrepreneurial setups.
5- The first step involves setting up a new practice for the fund and the second stage involves working alongside funded B2C startups to convert media visibility into incremental sales.
6- The role involves getting hands dirty with execution of ideas and doing everything on own to get started.
7- This role with NOT suit professionals from consulting backgrounds.
8- Media entrepreneurs with relevant skills will be be preferred.

**Assignement 1-

• Shall submit a 1 pager document for pooling in non-programatic digital media inventory worth INR 250 Crore (=US$ 35 Million) without any upfront comitment across #India, #Pakistan, #Bangladesh, #Malaysia, #Indonesia, #Thailand, #Vietam & #Philppines. It can be done via many smaller agencies but agency's name and media buying commission must be mentioned in the document.**
