We are seeking a Senior Sales Lead who enjoys working with a driven, passionate, open-minded and fun team.

What would you be doing?

• Identify SME clients' needs and match their needs with appropriate Tech products and services
• Source SME prospects to achieve new business and client acquisition goals
• Ensure sales activities are carried out in compliance with rules and regulations and company policies
• Maintain good relationships with the customers
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify, evaluate and recommend new partnership and business opportunities
• Preparing proposals, business plans, presentations, sales materials, financial modelling, budget and cost-benefit analysis
• Building and nurturing long term relationships with business partners and target customers
• Coach and lead junior sales members

What do you need in order to succeed?

• Previous track record impress us way more than a degree certificate
• 5+ years of experience in business development with B2B exposure preferably in IT or marketing agencies
• Experiences in startup will be advantageous
• Strong business, commercial and market sense, as well as solid experience in preparing business proposals and presentations will be the key to success in the role
• A passion to make an impact and is comfortable to get your hands dirty
• Excellent language abilities as this role might require occasional travel to China and overseas
