Our flagship product CineSend is a suite of applications that filmmakers, producers, and distributors use to securely archive and deliver movies and TV shows anywhere in the world, from film festivals to Netflix. We're the backbone that makes the entire digital distribution process work.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented and passionate senior software engineer to join our team at our downtown Toronto office. You will primarily work on web applications relating to our suite of CineSend products - from the portals powering our virtual film festivals to the applications handling digital delivery of films to cinemas. You'll have the opportunity to play an active role in designing and building technology for a startup experiencing hyper-growth.

Responsibilities
Develop new user-facing features
Fix bugs in new and existing features
Build reusable, testable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Be an excited participant in technology architecture decisions
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Must Haves
3+ years of front and back end development
Knowledge of Javascript / React
Knowledge of PHP / Laravel
Proficiency with git

Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task

Nice-To-Haves
Experience with AWS services
Knowledge of MongoDB
