The Role

A.M.D Consulting Group (www.amd.digital) is a fast growing and diverse start-up focusing on supporting SMB’s & Startups by growing their B2B client portfolio and revenue. We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Business Development Representative to join our excellent team and support us on our day to day activities.

Since inception, we’ve more than doubled our client base and now expand across two hubs between Barcelona & London. The ideal candidate is expected to be results driven and agile in order to aid A.M.D in its continued growth and development.

Candidates applying for the role ideally should be self-driven, able to meet deadlines and must have impeccable organisational and communication skills. Due to the impact of COVID-19, our team is all working remotely however we do require you to reside in the UK.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
Working closely with your Manager and wider team, and completing all allocated tasks including but not limited to:
Conducting market research
Identifying opportunities
Managing calling campaigns
Generating sales leads
Cold calling
Sending email follow-ups.
Conducting desktop research to identify leads and overall market research for the A.M.D team.
Attending and participating in weekly meetings.
Updating documents and sales records.
Observing and learning sales processes pertinent to start-ups in tech industries.
Assisting your Managers with daily tasks and monthly objectives.
Ability to keep organised and process driven in order to meet objectives and report them to management.

Sales Intern Requirements:
A Levels or similar.
Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or similar is a plus.
Min. 2 years of previous sales experience (cold calling, generating leads, speaking with prospective clients).
Strong self-motivation.
Ability to achieve deadlines while working remote.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in 100% fluent English.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Ability to cope with rejection.
Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
Superb interpersonal skills.
A professional appearance.
