Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team to lead our product management strategy and execution. The Product Manager works closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch, and with our business partners to generate profitable revenue streams. As part of the Product Management team, you bridge technical and business worlds as you design technologies with creative and prolific engineers and then zoom out to lead matrix teams such as Sales, Marketing and Finance, to name a few. You have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at fast pace. As a Product Manager, you can be part of shaping Gryt's core product.
Responsibilities
*Overall, the Product Manager will be the CEO of the product. So, owning its journey from conception to launch to revenue is required.
Be responsible for setting the short and long-term roadmap for the product.
Hands-on delivery of detailed requirements specification (e.g. low fidelity wire frames) for easy consumption by the engineering team
Generate high-level insights from formative research, market gaps, or cutting edge technical insights.
Continuously improve product differentiation by studying competitors
Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
Understand customer needs and gather product requirements. Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
Design and drive the overall vision and product strategy to a coherent whole.
