The Role

  • Sales (Kits + Bdays (Kit/Non-Kit) + Classrooms (Kit plus Non-Kit) + Corporate events) o Existing client base o New Clients
  • Client communication o Standard email post conversion o Attending to client queries, grievances, in case of any, after birthdays and/or sessions are confirmed. o Setting client expectations, giving an accurate costing, curating new activities in accordance to client’s needs. o Coordination between client and rest of the team. o New client emails for pitching WonderLab
  • Seamless execution o Coordination with team members in ensuring kits delivery, kits pick up in case of kit based birthdays. o Coordination with team members in ensuring material lists, creating birthday groups, etc in case of non kit birthdays. o Letting the team know about the type of client, his/her expectations o Sending Material List in Birthday groups in coordination with Operations
  • Payment Management o Tracking payments from platforms o Tracking and reporting from all bdays (physical, kit, non-kit) o Tracking all classroom payments o Tracking all corporate payments
  • Calendar Planning o Fixing dates and teachers in coordination with Content and Operations for new sessions.
  • New Platforms o For classes, kts o Coordinating with content for creative, materials, and ensuring our details are uploaded o Ensuring all participants join the meeting
  • Database Management and Client outreach o Client data management, o Regularly Updated Broadcast lists  Make Whatsapp broadcast lists based on location, birthday party vs. workshop group, month-wise birthday lists  Regular Whatsapp Broadcasts with relevant content o Regularly Updated Mailing Lists  Send fortnightly Mailers
  • Reviews o Post session delivery and ensure feedback sent to team o Ensuring imp pointers
  • Business Development – o For corporate events: - Create a samples box and meet everyone you can in corporate world. Setup Virtual meetings with admin teams and showcase products/services. o Identify event planners who deal with corporate events o Regular networking with relevant contacts o Use Linked in, admin corporate emails o Develop BD Content (Presentations/Videos showcasing our work)
