Chief Marketing Officer

About the role:

1. Seeking for a Chief person who can handle the entire gamut of Digital Marketing activities of our business.
2. Design and execute Campus Ambassador Growth strategy from scratch
3. Build partnerships with leaders on campus around India
4. Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
5. Plans, executes and maintains all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
6. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
7. Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
8. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
9. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
10. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
11. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
12. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
13. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
14. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
15. Managing Blog Sections and generating content for the same.
16. Plan and execute on page and off page SEO.

Requirements:

1. A self-starter that can run effectively run with tasks without needing to be micromanaged
2. A problem solver that can “hack” their way through problems as they arise
3. A people person who is passionate about connecting with others and building partnerships

Note: - Should have prior experience in managing campus ambassador programs.
