Job Brief:
The position of ACADEMIC CONTENT WRITER demands proficient English writing and typing skills. The writer needs to have good sense of grammar and should have good vocabulary. Academic content writing differs from other form of content writing on the basis of tonality of writing and hence a more formal approach of writing is necessary. The writer will be given projects that has academic formats like Dissertations, Report, Essays, Literature Reviews, and assignments of similar formats. Job cards containing descriptions of the assignment will be provided for building the content of the assignment.
Tasks:
• Confer job card provided and create given assignment structure.
• Collaborate with team lead to generate and understand the assignment problem statement and the probable solution.
• Achieve 2500-3500-word count per day (dependent on work influx).
• Properly Learn and apply citations in the written assignments.
• Follow a tight schedule for job submissions.
• Develop researching skills using Google.
• Revise and provide grammatical and format related corrections.
• Provide hourly update on word count and assignment status update.
• Provide accurate work report at Out time.
Qualification and Requirements:
• Graduate or Diploma holder in any field.
• Written English proficiency is a must.
• Verbal English proficiency is an added benefit.
• Required knowledge fields: IT, Finance & Economics, Computer networking, MATLAB, Coding (Logic, flow chart, Python, Java etc.)
• Should know MS Word. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Should have good typing speed (20 + WPM preferred).
