Financial Specialist

OneBook is the one-stop-shop for finding local service professionals. We are a mobile app operating as a marketplace platform that allows customers to book appointments with verified pros.

About the job

As the lead member of OneBook's finance team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the company’s end-to-end financial activities including accounting, budget, planning, analysis, reporting as well as funding activities.

The ideal candidate will define explicit strategies for:

• Developing and implementing financial projections, accounting, procurement, and investment/shareholding policies and processes
• Work closely with the executive team to quantify business scenarios and inform strategic decisions
• Manage financial systems (revenue, expenses, budgeting, etc.
• Forecast and manage cash flow models and cap tables

Comfortable leading the financial department and collaborating with team
Coming from a track record of success in finance for early-stage startups
Leveraging a background in accounting, taxes, investment relations and management

This position is part-time/contract to start and, after proven success, will transition to a full-time role. OneBook is a St Petersburg, FL based distributed team and the ideal candidate can be located anywhere.
