The Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who is an experienced leader and possesses strong hands-on skills to manage our customer relationships, administrative tasks, HR functions, and business strategies. The ideal candidate will bring experience in IT or related fields.

• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by personally engaging with clients on a regular basis
• Oversee administrative tasks such as accounting and finance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and invoicing by working closely with the accounting and finance team
• Manage HR functions such as recruiting, hiring, and employee relations by personally interviewing candidates and collaborating with the HR team
• Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives by working closely with the senior management team
• Monitor the performance of the company and its employees, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to address those areas by actively designing and implementing efficient processes for all company operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
• Proven hands-on experience as a Business Operations Manager or similar role, ideally in an IT environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead by example
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining hands-on
• Experience with financial management, accounting, budgeting, and reporting
