The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills as well as strong hands-on coding capabilities.
The data solution architect will have significant responsibility driving customer engagements and work with senior management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understand customer requirements and translate into robust architecture models that operate at scale and high performance.
• Be able to speak to and manage full process of requirements, plan, development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Design and analyze data models, data flows, and integration patterns for structural soundness.
• Design and develop Big Data solutions on different cloud platforms.

Technical Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics and Big Data
• Hands-on experience implementing at-least 2-3 projects at the enterprise level, and architecting big data solutions at scale.
• Proficiency in Python/Scala/Spark, and tools such as HDFS, Spark, Map Reduce, HBase, Hive, etc.
• Performance tuning, table partitioning and indexing, process threading, bucketing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator (both verbal & written).

Experience:
• HDFS/Hadoop, AWS/Azure/GCP, Kafka (5+ years)
• Java, ETL, Python/Spark/Scala, NoSQL, Kafka (5+ years)
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Databricks, Snowflake (5+ years)

Certifications:
• Apache Spark/Hadoop (Preferred)
• AWS/Azure/GCP (Preferred)
