We are Spray Marketing, a direct-to-expert digital marketing agency for growth-stage companies, go-to-market startups, and small to medium-size businesses looking for data-driven execution. We are seeking a talented performance and growth marketing manager who is a senior level specialist in SEM/PPC for Spray Marketing's global clients. This role is both strategic and tactical, with the opportunity to impact some of the coolest up and coming brands.
This position offers a semi-remote model! We are looking for someone who lives in the NYC area that can come into the office with some remote capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage SEM/PPC Campaigns for multiple Clients across Google Ads and other search engine platforms
Conduct Search Campaign Optimization tasks throughout the campaign lifecycle. (Keyword Enhancements, Keyword Bidding, Bid Strategy Experimentation, Ad-Testing, Geo-Targeting, etc.)
Forecast, Suggest and Manage Budgets and Budget Pacing in multiple PPC Campaigns
Source, Pause, and Add Keywords as relevant to campaign goals (Brand, Non-Brand, Competitor, etc.)
Stay Informed on Best Practices and Upcoming Developments in the Google Search Landscape, to stay up to date of impending change
Manage and enhance our client’s digital presence, including website posting, social media posting, and digital marketing tactical activities
Qualifications:
4-6 years’ experience managing Paid Search Marketing (SEM/PPC) campaigns
BS/BA Degree or Higher
Project Management Experience, ability to oversee and review work of Spray Marketing’s Search Analysts
Client-facing communications experience is important
Good command of English for communicating with US/EU-based Clients
Ability to Digest and Compartmentalize Data as Needed to Create and Perform Client Presentations on ROI targets and other campaign goals
Strong understanding of the Paid Search Landscape and how to improve on important ROI metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, etc.)
Ability to Digest and Compartmentalize Data as Needed to Create and Perform Client Presentations on ROI targets and other campaign goals
Comfortable “Owning” Campaigns and Managing Spends in a Highly Accountable Position
Attention to detail and time management skills a must
Highly Skilled in Google Ads (Google AdWords Certified Required)
Senior Level Advanced Skills within Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Advanced Level Skills within Google Analytics
Skills or Interest in other service lines such as Programmatic, Social, Email, etc., a plus
