You will be responsible for designing a growth strategy to drive awareness of the brand, promote our content, and to drive inbound interest.

You'll be responsible for user and revenue growth using various methods, including SEO and influencer/KOL relationships. You are results and deadline driven - you crave seeing the results of your work in real numbers. You are always looking at the metrics and discovering opportunities to improve.

The right candidate will have experience in cross channel content marketing and content optimization including text, video and image content, social media marketing and search marketing.

This role requires an open, curious mind, high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactive and resourceful - you don’t wait to be told what to do and you find the best resources to get things done.
Be responsible for user and revenue growth;
Develop and oversee digital strategy on owned/earned media, including content/community/ KOL management on key social and web/mobile channels, including website, marketing emails, Apps, Wechat, Weibo, Blogs/ Forums and etc.
Establish a growth habit and experiment-driven culture. Eventually build and lead a growth team;
Conceive, implement, analyze, and improve digital marketing experiments to drive growth and improve offerings;
Influence the product, especially UX, copy, and messaging, based on your understanding of what users want;
Gauge the effectiveness of content by measuring engagement, leads, sales, conversions, and customer advocacy, modifying content strategy based on this data
Collaborating with our creative team to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms
Build and execute content distribution plans and KPIs
Solid knowledge of China digital and social media landscape and platforms. Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, identify possible opportunities to implement new trends
Requirements

Bachelors degree (Preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations) or equivalent working experience.
Mandarin speaker and proficient in written and spoken English is a must.
2+ years experience in digital content strategy and tactics including content creation, editing, analytics, social media marketing and SEO.
Hands-on experience of website development and familiarity with content marketing tactics. Previous working experience in a leading consumer brand is a strong plus.
Ability to deliver and convey measurable results using digital marketing analytics and tools
Portfolio of work that demonstrates versatility across multiple formats (websites, social media, email, collateral, video, etc.)
