Product Manager

Duties

• Manage the product life cycle to successfully release new products on time and within budget, which includes defining product requirement, UI/UX design and product development
• Work with Business Owners to translate user needs and business visions into product vision, differentiators, strategies, roadmaps, product requirements, specifications and features
• Work with the UI/UX team to create user journey map, identify key UI/UX features and create UI/UX mockup
• Define and track product performance metrics to troubleshoot potential problems in products
• Design and run frequent experiments based on market research and competitive analysis to promote continuous product iterations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Development and Management in Internet or any related industry
• Hands-on technical development experience e.g. Web (HTML / CSS / JavaScript), iOS or Android
• Proven track record in developing digital products (App or Web) from scratch
• Experience in UI/UX design with usability principles and in the following product modules would be an advantage: Media/Professional generated content (PGC), User generated content (UGC), E-commerce, Event, Payment, Social media/Interactive features
• Experience in leading a team of Product Managers would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of web and mobile technologies with passion and creativity
• Capable of making product recommendations based on market researches and/ or data analysis
• Able to manage multiple products at the same time with tight deadlines
• Good communication and presentation skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• A self-starter with strong business acumen
• Candidates with more experience or those with solid people management experience will be considered as Senior Product Manager
