Specialist, Product Operations

Responsibilities:
- Implement operation strategies developed by the Product Operations Team, with the goals of driving user growth and product improvement:
- Analysis user data and provide insights for product optimization; working closely with development department to improve product features and enhance user experience
- Translate user data and analytics into insights, pinpoint trends and be able to recommend improvements to workflows and day to day operations in general
- Keep tracking users’ comments and reactions across different platforms, and engaging when necessary, ensuring users’ challenges can be identified and resolved in a timely manner
- Communicate and work closely with different departments in order to cope with their product needs, strike a balance between user experience and the effectiveness of overall product development
- Complete all work tasks efficiently and accurately by deploying resources in a flexible way
- Resolve problems in systematic way, enhancing both efficiency and quality of the overall operation workflow

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma above or equivalent practical experience
- Practical experience in Digital or IT related product/project management and coordination function will be absolute advantageous
- User-oriented and being focus on customer experience, ability to understand users’ behavior and being sensitive to the changes
- Passionate in learning new things; adaptive to change; having strong execution capability; ability to collaborate well across functions and able to work under pressure
- Prior experience working in both sizable and startup companies are preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Specialist
