We use our psychology and technology expertise to build products that help people in their everyday life situations from better performance at work or school to better relationships and beyond. Our products help to overcome some of the biggest barriers to providing mental healthcare like stigma, lack of access and cost.
We are looking for a qualified Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. There would be coordination with VP of sales and this role does not require cold calling based on lead generation.

Digital Inside Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team
• Able to coordinate, run and manage campaigns
• Manage sales tracking tools such as LinkedIn sales navigator, ZoomInfo,
HubSpot, CRM, mailchimp etc and report on important information
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
Able to manage calendars, can do market research
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
• Suggest sales process improvements
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
• Proven 2+ work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales
support associate
• Experience in strategic prospecting,
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ideally should have worked in a KPO
• Shift timings are from 12 PM to 9 PM and little stretches as and when
required
• Experience in using LinkedIn sales navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot etc
