Our Headquarter is in Venice, California, and our team is distributed across the globe with engineering offices in Delhi and Russia. Flexible work schedule allowed.
We’re looking for quantitative, data-driven people to join our fast-growing Vyng team! You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering, Product, Design, UX, and Data Science teams here and around the world to drive improvements and new features in core product areas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design automated tests to validate applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically. This includes determining priority for test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios.
• Work closely with our developers to integrate automated tests into the development and build processes.
• Define and maintain QA Reporting /dashboards for projects and overall QA organization
• Recommend efficient testing tools and strategies.
• Work to ensure Vyng works across a myriad of Android devices from all around the world.
• Take ownership of the release process to systemize software releases, monitor key metrics, and minimize the impact of software defects.
• Work with JIRA issue management tools and Agile processes. - Closely monitor and measure system performance

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone to own quality and ensure we deliver on our promise to our users.
• Growth-focused experience at a consumer technology company
• At least two years of experience in the SDET role.
• Working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as Android and IOS
• Experience in developing automated test scripts.
• Familiarity with api testing
• A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
• A passion for building a product used around the world

What We're Building
With over 14 million downloads and $9.5MM raised, Vyng transforms a user’s caller ID into a video chosen by either the user or the incoming caller. The Vyng phone dialer replacement allows users to create their own Vyngtone or caller ID, or choose from a curated library of videos arranged by interest channels. The company has four current patents for its proprietary technology delivering video through calls and contextual texting.
Mobile notifications, including incoming phone calls, have long been relegated to a generic, sterile design that lacks creativity. Believing in the untapped potential of lockscreens, Vyng facilitates the quickest, most impactful way to communicate through the delivery of a video to the lockscreen of a device.
