App Downloads Manager - Koo App

We're looking to hire an app downloads specialist for Koo. Koo is a microblog like Twitter, but in Indian languages.

About Koo
Koo has a presence on Android, iOS and a PWA site. Koo has been recognized by the Indian Government as one of the Aatmanirbhar Apps for India. PM Narendra Modi also requested Indians to use Koo in his Mann Ki Baat speech.

Some of the most prominent personalities of India use Koo today even though it's just a 6 months old product and is being created with the objective of being the voice of the country. Working on this brand will be a very exciting journey from various aspects - catering to the most influential personalities of India, massive user base across multiple Indian languages, beating a global giant in their category etc.

Role
You'll work directly with the founder on driving growth for Koo. You need to work with the objective of retention, low cost of install and building a strong creator community.

You should be a specialist in:

• Paid social tools (FB, AdWords, Twitter, LinkedIn etc)
• Driving installs for apps at scale in your career
• Analytics for attribution and iteration of campaigns
• Database marketing

Founders
Koo founders are serial entrepreneurs and have build multiple startups in the past including redBus, TaxiForSure, Goodbox, Media Ant and are angel investors in multiple startups too.
