The Role
Veracross is a PE backed leading provider of a SaaS based School Information Systems (SIS) platform for independent schools. Designed specifically to meet the unique needs of independent schools, Veracross combines the power of a fully integrated single record database with personalized communication tools.
To date we have configured and deployed our system at over 250 leading private K-12 schools in over 20+ countries through a powerful, leveraged and elegant architecture unique in our industry.
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a player/coach who will recruit and train a small BDR team to:Identify key contacts at target schools through research; schedule demos once leads are qualified
Make outbound phone calls and emails to generate new prospects and move them down the funnel
Hire, train, mentor and lead small BDR team
Log, track and maintain prospect contact records and activities completely and accurately in Salesforce.
Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual MQL goals
Requirements:
3+ years of BDR and 2+ years of BDR manager experience selling SaaS solutions or services
Proven lead gen track record as well as implementation of repeatable, scalable processes for team.
Excellent phone and written customer communication skills. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the client organization
Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
Self-motivated, self-directed, proactive, and goal oriented.
Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
Proven ability to successfully manage others to achieve goals and targets .
