HR/Executive Assistant

Seeking a motivated, self-starter executive assistant to help the management team stay on task with administrative duties, meeting scheduling, recruiting interns, help recruit musical talent for our platform, and help monitor our social media intern's progress.

Looking for someone wanting to grow with the company and who would like to help pioneer a new industry in Talent Equity Crowdfunding. Must have an interest in the Entertainment Industry (Music, Television, etc.) and Sports as a future growth opportunity for TalentExchange.

Part-time out of CEO's home office and part-time working remotely.

Future growth as the Sole-Head of HR as time progresses. An education and/or background in HR is a plus.

Equity based upon experience. Will be expected to have another paid part-time position to help cover their own personal bills as this is a full-sweat equity startup team as of right now. Payment will be upon funding-timeline undetermined. Must be willing to believe in the concept and want a piece of the pie when we take this global.
