We are Stryber - the largest independent corporate portfolio builder in the DACH region. We help our clients launch new digital ventures from scratch (and fix the strategy behind it) as well as build our own ventures.

Our approach: We build web/mobile prototypes and MVPs to test and iterate business ideas quickly in the market. Later, we scale and grow the most promising ones to let them become leading solutions in their market. Simple click-dummies, rapid MVPs, and sophisticated deep-tech (SaaS) solutions, we have a variety of start-up projects ahead of us in several exciting verticals, such as FinTech, PropTech, Digital Health, Food & Beverage or MarTech.

At Stryber you can expect a no bullshit, down to earth, yet high caliber work environment. You will be part of the Stryber family - a young and dynamic team that is highly motivated to create impact. In your role as our Associate Partner Corporate Innovation:

• You are responsible for building your own P&L including acquisition of corporates and taking over responsibility for the sales process
• You will be the responsible person on the ground for a specific client engagement, typically comprising of multiple ventures
• Hence, you ensure the successful completion of the client engagement by guiding Lead Venture Architects through our venture building process (from ideation to scale up) and coordinating our world class venture operations to successfully deliver the acquired projects together with the venture operations team
• Working with corporate clients requires you to be a rebel but also adhere to some corporate rules, e.g. regular pitches for funding in the board, working with CxOs of the client organization to create synergies, etc.
• You have the freedom to act and no politics

Qualifications

• You have extensive experience in a leading strategy consultancy as a Project Manager, leading and delivering projects with a team
• Experience with P&L as well as digital transformation is a plus
• You are fluent in German and English - another European language is a plus
• You have a solid understanding of lean startup methods and a startup mindset
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel: 80%
• Full-time availability, part-time or freelance is not possible
