What we need:

• Extremely good skills at developing Django/Python applications

• Building large yet ergonomic data-entry screens while maintaining state in complex UI workflows

• Able to use custom Django plugins (or roll-your-own) to make final UI fit requirements without compromises

• Hands on with writing CSS and JS snippets as required (knowledge of Bootstrap and/or jQuery would be a plus)

• Comfortable with advanced OOP concepts (experience with a plugin/component framework would be a plus)

• Working knowledge of designing schemas/models to represent business requirements (PostgreSQL knowledge would be a plus)

• Good written & spoken communication skills

• You should be able to work in an ambiguous environment without day-to-day guidance/direction and can handle the uncertainty of unsolved problems.

• At the same time, you should deeply care about what you build, and as a result are willing to challenge something you don't agree with, conducting active research/proposal of alternatives leading to a pragmatic solution.
