As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Art Director to join us on a part-time contract basis, with the potential to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the creative development and execution of visual design strategies across a diverse set of projects, including digital platforms, general design work, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with our in-house creative team to produce innovative designs that effectively communicate our clients' brands and messages across multiple mediums.
• Oversee the creation of a wide array of assets, such as digital ads, social media content, print materials, and more, ensuring they align with strategic goals and brand standards.
• Guide the visual direction for marketing campaigns, from concept development through to execution, working alongside graphic designers, copywriters, and digital marketers.
• Utilize a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends to elevate our clients' brand presence in a competitive market.
• Engage in creative problem-solving to address design challenges, offering visually compelling solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
• Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the team, participating in internal reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback on design projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all creative outputs are delivered on time and to the highest quality, without direct client interaction.

Who You Are:

A passionate designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web design and digital media.
Experienced in leading creative projects and teams, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-paced environment.
Proficient in the latest design tools and technologies, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to clients and team members.
