We're recruiting for a smart growth hacker to boost site visitors and account sign-ups to ReferralCodes.com, the leading site for referrals.

• Current student or recent graduate, you will need to have street smarts and some digital know-how - you won't need to be spoon-fed but you'll listen to guidance and you'll know how to track results and experiment.

• We're targeting demographics of students, young families and those with special focus on money-saving behaviours.

• Your role is to make some noise and pursue the various marketing initiatives we have in place. There is LOTS to go for here. We're fund-raising in 2021.

*For the right applicant, there could be a full-time job and equity.

You'll learn loads from an experienced CEO, particularly in digital marketing and commercial analysis. The role is unpaid in the first month.
