Project Manager Job Overview
Red Door Digital is actively looking for a project manager. This position reports directly to the Executive Producer and works alongside other department heads including Engineering, Art, Creative, Marketing, and Product. This position is primarily focused on project organization and project management to ensure that tasks are being completed and project goals are being met.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Manage tasks and sprints to facilitate development.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Create and manage a project roadmap and gantt.
• Create burndown retrospectives to report team performance.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilize industry best practices for project management techniques and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor development progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications for Project Manager

• 3-5 years of project management and related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Familiarity with Jira, Asana, and other project management platforms.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field preferred.

• Passion for and extensive knowledge of the games industry
• Experience with DeFi and crypto technologies.
• Familiarity with Slack and other communication tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Atlassian products; Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of multiplayer and F2P mobile game trends.
• Interest in emerging P2E and NFT gaming trends and activity.
