Sales and Business Development Executive

Come on in and join us. We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive who has expertise in B2B sales in the Fintech market.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• You will initiate business development activities both in new and existing markets, acquire new clients, and build a high growth driven subscription business.
• Direct responsibility for Channel Partnerships, Direct Sales, and Key Account Management functions.
• Direct sales of Qubitrics’ solutions to the MSME sector, including acquisition, complex contract negotiation, onboarding, piloting, and commercial phase.
• Manage and take complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized sales executive with a zeal to learn in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
