Job brief:

We are looking to hire a Marketing Assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials such as white papers and case studies.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.

Job Duties:

Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
Understanding company product and brand.
Maintaining a marketing database.
Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Write marketing literature (case studies, press releases and presentations etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good organization skills.
Related job and internship experience.
Digital marketing experience.
