Our high energy & talented team of Real Estate Investment Sales Advisors assist clients to purchase or sell Commercial Real Estate assets.

They are experts in their individual product specialties, including: Multifamily, Mixed-Use, Retail, Office, Industrial, Hospitality, Triple Net (NNN) Retail and, Senior Housing buildings.

Every day in the life of an NAI Advisor is never the same. It requires focus and drive to be successful. The life of a Commercial Real Estate Advisor is highly rewarding.

To begin, your first year will look like this:

* Research a geographical market and commit to selling a specific commercial real estate asset type
* Call building owners and managers to build relationship to be hired as an agent to sell property
* Build industry relationships in order to be highly connected to referral resources
* Market properties to potential buyers using external/internal platforms
* Field offers on listed properties from interested buyers
* Work with in-office partners to ensure a smooth transaction closing

Opportunity to Earn - Our proven business plan is designed to help you achieve a six-figure income within 12 months and $250K within 24-months. For those who are licensed and well-qualified, we do consider a small salary to start.
